Kamil Chatłas specializes in civil and commercial law, with special focus on corporate law and M&A transactions.

Kamil has experience in corporate services, corporate reorganisations, mergers, demergers, and transformations of companies, as well regulations regarding capital markets. He has acted in M&A transactions with participation of PE and VC funds both on the buy-side and sell-side.

Kamil also has experience in the ongoing legal services for business entities, particularly in the area of commercial contracts.

He is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association at the third year of such training.

Kamil provides legal advice in Polish and English.
