Tomasz specializes in legal advice in financings, transaction processes (M&A), corporate reorganizations and commercial contracts.

Tomasz provides legal advice to financial institutions, particularly in the area of real estate lease financing transactions. His expertise encompasses the preparation of legal documentation templates, the issuance of opinions (including for the Polish Leasing Association) on proposed amendments to legal regulations, the drafting of expert reports and legal opinions for leasing companies, and other related matters. 

Tomasz also advises financial and industry investors in domestic and cross-border transactions, as both buy-side and sell-side counsel.

Tomasz provides legal advice in Polish and English.
