Sławomir Lebioda specializes in civil, commercial and corporate law, including M&A transactions.

Sławomir provides legal advice on a diverse array of matters, including acquisition and commercial transactions, corporate restructurings, and real estate leasing projects. In his practice, he has drafted, negotiated and reviewed a multitude of commercial agreements between domestic and foreign entities, prepared documentation related to the establishment and acquisition of companies and businesses, and provided advisory services on a range of day-to-day corporate matters.

He has considerable experience in real estate, finance, motorway and railway projects. He has participated in numerous asset acquisition transactions and legal due diligence reviews of both corporate structures and real estate.

His experience includes drafting legal briefs and representing clients in court proceedings.

Sławomir provides legal advice in Polish and English.
