Robert specializes in legal advice in M&A transaction processes, typically acting as sell-side counsel. He also has extensive experience in advising Family Businesses at pivotal moments, such as the succession of ownership — whether planned or triggered by the untimely death of the founder (owner, partner).

His practice encompasses select areas of public law, tax law, and associated proceedings before state administrative bodies, administrative courts, and courts of law.

He is a recommended specialist in business, corporate, and M&A law by the Legal 500 EMEA international legal ranking. He has authored numerous articles and press releases for the media on a range of legal issues within his field of expertise.

His extensive business experience includes the establishment and supervision of teams of consultants, the operation of a consulting business, taking the role of an investor in a multitude of commercial enterprises, and acting as a shareholder.

In 2007, Robert established the law firm Deloitte Legal.  In the 2021 ranking published by the daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita, the firm was ranked among the top ten largest legal practices in terms of the number of advocates and attorneys-at-law employed.

He has accrued over 28 years of experience in the provision of advisory services.
