Paweł Bajno’s expertise lies in providing legal advice on transactional processes, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate reorganizations. He handles matters in both the private and public markets.

Paweł provides legal advice to both industry and financial investors, with a notable number of transactions successfully closed by private equity funds.  He acts both as buy-side and sell-side counsel in domestic and cross-border deals.

He has considerable experience in commercial law, with particular focus on corporate law, corporate governance, and capital markets.

Paweł has received numerous and repeated accolades in leading legal rankings, including Legal 500, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, and IFLR1000, and was  the exclusive recipient of the 2017 Client Choice Awards in the M&A category.

Paweł provides legal advice in Polish and English.
