New Chapter
As from September 2024, we are operating under a new name, in a new location, and with a new team line-up.
Our new name is “Bajno, Dubij, Pasternak – Radcowie Prawni Kancelaria Prawnicza spółka partnerska”.
Our offices are in the center of Warsaw, in a beautifully restored and expanded tenement building complex on ulica Emilii Plater.
The buildings at Emilii Plater 9 and 11 date back to the 19th century. In the early 1890s, the Witt family bought the land on Leopoldyny Street (now known as Emilii Plater), where they built a new factory and an apartment building. The buildings survived the Second World War intact, and iIn 2019, it was listed as a historic building in the Heritage Register for its “unaltered architectural value”. Its interiors were frequently used as filming locations, including by Roman Polański in “The Pianist”.1 In recent years, the building complex was restored to its former glory and expanded, with new owners and tenants moving in.
We are operating in our new offices at Emilii Plater 9/1 with a new legal team, which we intend to expand gradually. The founding partners of the Firm are three attorneys-at-law: Pawel Bajno, Tomasz Dubij and Robert Pasternak.
