We are joining PSIK

BDP Legal is pleased to announce that, at the end of September 2024, it became a member of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.

PSIK is a non-profit organisation established in January 2002. It brings together private equity and venture capital funds operating in Poland (full members of the Association) and other companies and firms supporting the activities of private equity/venture capital funds (associate members). The latter category includes, in particular, entities providing investment, legal, financial or tax advisory services to private equity/venture capital funds.

At the time of our firm's admission to PSIK, the Association had a total of 159 members, comprising 48 full members and 111 associate members.  The Association is structured around eight committees, each dedicated to a specific area of importance to the PE/VC community in Poland. These include the PSIK Philanthropy Committee, which is staffed by members of the Association who undertake pro bono activities for the benefit of social purpose organisations.
